- BBBenjaminDec 29, 20251.0I like to cover for others for I understand we can have low moments days but being in profession that demands excellence as in UPS Aviation with cooperate accounts enterprise has been nothing short of excellence in serving us efficiently! But this time I believe is management training or just pure lazy staff or unwilling employees or with personal malice of their own! But to cut story short I got booked to pick up vehicle as my car was in shop which was all confirmed by agent like always before, but since I was at one of my offices close by to wait to be picked up I chose to be dropped by one of my truck drivers to pick up vehicle but when I got there the young girl confirmed my reservation and immediately said that it wasn’t available so I wondered we are corporate account but no effort was put to try to call in and find maybe another location until one other girl seating at the back tried to locate vehicle and find the matter of car reservation concern while the young girl just browse the computer saying nothing is available and tried calling to say nothing is available for reservation! Which is a lie I asked phone number and said some ambiguous number!! But though couldn’t find anything from the second mate I appreciate her trying but terrible service either get better staff or closedown the location. Horrible customer service especially to corporate accounts!! Don’t go to this location my advice. Otherwise always appreciate enterprise services until this time at this location. District management needs to visit this location and gather facts as some employees are not suited for car renting services
