  Drake was super helpful with my rental, even as the office was busy, and Jacob helped drop me off at the auto shop with amazing customer service the whole way!!

  I have tried to rent cars from this location on several occasions to go to the airport only to be told they didn't have any cars available. I have made and confirmed online reservations only to arrive at the location and find it closed with no explanation. Today I had a reservation, called in the morning to confirm that someone would be coming to pick me up, and then nobody ever showed. I had to cancel a very important medical procedure because I had no way to get there without the rental car. I will never use this location to rent a car again, I will take my business elsewhere.

  Enterprise car rental goes above and beyond to make sure you are fitted in a nice clean vehicle and the service they give is awesome! This location was on Old Bluefield Road in Princeton West Virginia
