  The whole process went smoothly, the cargo van I rented drove nice for my long distance move, and the best thing about my experience with Enterprise was that Aaliyah at the Princeton WV location was the best! If I had to rate her on a scale of 1-5, she would be a 10. She was very personable, friendly, helpful, and I hope if I ever have to rent from them again, I’d get her again! Best customer service ever!

  I would first like to thank Micah, the branch manager, and Adam, the associate, for making the rental process smooth and simple! My husband and I just moved to Ingleside and due to the long move, our vehicle broke down. We always heard great things of Enterprise and we found them not too far from where we were. We rented a truck for a few days while our vehicle was in the shop and the cleanliness of the vehicle we rented was great. We’ve rented cars from other places before and they were dingy and stained but this place puts any of our past places to shame! If you ever need a vehicle, definitely go here! The guys here actually care about your business and personal needs and will help you find the vehicle that will work best with you! I would also like to mention that the price was great compared to the other rental places we’ve looked at and being new to the areas with limited savings, it was a great deal for us. They are definitely reasonably priced compared to other companies such as Penske.

  I Love the two employees at his new location in Princeton, WV Micah and Adam are customer service and great expectation personified. Micah is the branch manager and from start shows he cares about the transaction and your need for the trucks. If you have commercial truck rental needs daily, weekly and monthly this is the place for you and your business. They have a fleet of vehicles that will help get the job done, cargo vans, box trucks with lift gates, pick up trucks, service bodies, flat beds and more. I highly recommend this store.
