  While on a trip from SC to Ohio for my nephew's wedding the alternator went out on my Honda Pilot. We were able to limp the car into the Auto Zone parking lot and had to push it back into a space. Ryan from Auto Zone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. He tested the battery and alternator, confirming it was the alternator that was bad. He put us in touch with, two, close by mechanics. He jumped the car several times and assisted us in getting the car to one of the mechanics. He even took his lunch/dinner break and helped the 4 of us get to a hotel. Late the next morning we were back on our way to the wedding rehearsal and dinner. I cannot say enough about how helpful Ryan was to us. If you need auto parts and are in the Princeton WV area use Auto Zone and for outstanding customer service, ask for Ryan.

  AutoZone has been my go to store for many many years. Great company. Quality parts. I understand that it’s hard to find good employees but atleast try to train them to the best of your ability. It’s not their fault if they don’t have good training. The woman manager at the Princeton AutoZone has been rude to me every single time I have stepped in that store. Won’t speak to me. Won’t wait on me. As soon as someone walks in behind me. She is so friendly to them. You can not pick and choose who you are kind to because one persons money is just as green as another’s. All the employees are super kind besides their manager. I will continue to shop at AutoZone because I truly believe they are one of the better auto parts stores but that manager needs to work on her people skills. I also bought a power steering pump from them awhile back. I get out to the vehicle to discover that it’s an old power steering pump that someone has returned. With no resivour . I walked back in and showed the staff and they were very helpful. Somehow wires were crossed in the computer so I went to return the power steering pump for my core charge and I did not receive the core charge because of whatever they had to fanagle in the system to give me a new power steering pump instead of the used one that someone returned and they did not catch it.
