    They keep calling my number at 7 am. It's the wrong number. They don't have anyone to answer their phones. They have wasted my time and I am not their customer. I wouldn't want to be if they can't answer the phone. They have the same crap on repeat on their answering machine.

    Uhm enterprise as a whole company needs to not rent vehicles that are literally not on their lot.current status- got a ride to pick up vehicle,us n belongings on sidewalk waiting for vehicle to show up

    Overall another great experience! Josh and the team are awesome! Another great rental vehicle! Here is my complaint though, this new rule of not parking a vehicle on site while I rent, is stupid. Pittsburg office needs to realize this is asinine. As a platinum member, that rents 3-5 vehicles a month, I will be switching to hertz (only other rental in Parkersburg). And I hate that. Josh and crew call me by name when I walk in. But the inconvenience of not being able to park on-site, will lose my business.
