  Called about a part for my car and the part I called about I can buy for a little over 100 and he wants almost $300 for it

  I WISH I could give this place 0 stars. Just wow!!! 2 weeks ago we ordered SILVER door handles then we go in to pick them up and somehow we end up with black ones?? We took them because I wasn’t able to open my drivers door. However I went back to get ones that do match and I told him im willing to wait. He cussed me saying my boyfriend sent me in there to deal with his problems (the car is mine so it’s my problem too thanks) then he said im a waste of his time and slammed his clip board by the computer when someone called. I gave them $100 for the wrong parts they gave us & I told him when I walked in I didn’t want a refund I just wanted to get a order in or a note in to call me when they do have silver. He then yelled and flipped out that black is what I ordered and grabbed my receipt after I said “I don’t need a refund” he replied “YEAH ITS ON THE RECEIPT” and slammed it on the counter and circled the “NOT RETURNS” so hard it ripped the receipt. I’m a 24 year old women looking for some help. This man is old and just extremely disrespectful. He acted so hateful I could tell it’s his normal you don’t just wake up in the morning and treat people like that because you had a bad day. He’s seriously just a jerk. I feel extremely bad for his coworkers I couldn’t stop thinking about the crap they have to deal with. I don’t pray but I said a prayer for him because there’s no way he’s not going through something.
