  Went in to get my converters fixed after Ford dealership wanted to charge me $2000 for one (there are 2 on my car). They claimed to have taken the converters off my car and found oil in them. Told me to take it back to dealership to have the oil leak fixed. Took it to different shop and there was no oil in my converters (showed me pictures to prove it). Mechanic also said it didn't look like the converters had been removed to him at all.

  I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Big-A did a Jasper transmission job for me on my work truck. I was quoted a price for the job and when it was supposedly done, the price went up another $1,400.00 and then they sent it to another company in Nitro to fix what THEY COULDN'T. Almost a year later, I eventually had to pick it up and costs an additional $2,800.00, they finished the job Big-A couldn't. Expensive lesson but I wouldn't take my vehicle there for as little as an oil change! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! 🙏1

  Jeff and his crew were VERY kind. They fixed the problem with my Jeep Wrangler quickly, and the price was much better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend Big A Muffler & Brakes!👍 Thanks, Jeff!
