- RSRandy Smith4 days ago1.0I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Big-A did a Jasper transmission job for me on my work truck. I was quoted a price for the job and when it was supposedly done, the price went up another $1,400.00 and then they sent it to another company in Nitro to fix what THEY COULDN'T. Almost a year later, I eventually had to pick it up and costs an additional $2,800.00, they finished the job Big-A couldn't. Expensive lesson but I wouldn't take my vehicle there for as little as an oil change! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! 🙏1

- NKNevaeh KingDec 11, 20245.0They checked out my car for issues and gave me an estimate for free. if I ever have issues, I go to them first and have them tell me what's wrong. even if I don't go to them to fix it, they are kind and make me feel secure when I go. being a woman, I worry a lot about being "womened" if I go anywhere for me before it's happened to me before. They fixed my vw and even though they had to order parts that costed more they didn't change the quoted price they gave me :)
