  So I used Auto Zone every time I ever needed anything for my vehicles for many years. This last time I bought my brakes under warranty, when I returned the old pads, a refund was issued and that all happened in one day. That was perfect. It was the next day that my debit card was charged again for the brake pads. So when I went into the store to show them my bank statement and let them know of the mistake, the assistant manager Rick informed me that he likes his job, and I needed to get ahold of corporate to take care of it. So I stopped in the next day, and another assistant manager, Charles, we'll be said he'd help me but he needed a paper copy of my bank statement. So now it's the next day, again.. I go with the paperwork, and when I asked for Charles, I get Rick. He said that Charles went home sick and that he still would not help me, also informing me that Charles is below him in rank, and that he didn't know how Charles could help me, and even told me lies to my face. Telling me that the only way to charge a debit card is for it to physically be there at that specific time. I've worked retail and I know how the charge machine work, so I know for facts he lied to me. And here I am still out almost $75. His attitude makes me think he had something to do with the transaction that I was calling a mistake. Very rude to me he was. If you go there, you'd be good to double check your card transactions, and I hope this don't happen to you.
