- HPHolli Porreca5 days ago1.0Truckers AVOID! Bizarre staff will harass you in the shower. A group of us stopped in our RV, spent $300+ on gas, and paid for showers for 5 people. Within MINUTES the staff were literally SCREAMING at us, knocking on the door no of the shower rooms, telling us they’d tow us. We had gotten gas snd parked near some other trucks. Driver still in the seat, engine running, not blocking anything. Just our driver waiting for the others to take their 10 minute showers. A woman came out literally screaming at us 3x in under 15 minutes. Driver was polite to the screaming lady and asked where else he should move to and they said just to leave, threatening to call a tow truck saying “You don’t know who they are messing with! I can’t wait to give my tow truck guy some work tonight!” as if we’d just leave 3 of our guys in the shower and get back on the highway if she intimidated us enough. I went inside to try to hurry them and the woman behind the register was directing her to do this cheering her on. It was nuts. I’ve been traveling in large vehicles and trailers all over the US for 20 years and this is the first time I’ve been chased away from a truck stop by screaming women for parking long enough to shower. We left before we got food for obvious reasons. I highly suggest not trying to use the laundry machines. You will get chased away before it’s done.

Not to mention everything else is out of service. Worst Pilot ever. Lazy people who get paid to stand around chatting.😤
- AVAK VanceNov 27, 20255.0I am a Truck Driver and come to this Pilot a lot to fuel and rest… I am always pleased with the service here but today really stood out to me… I was deeply moved when I drove and parked this evening to see Pilot volunteers handing out Thanksgiving giving dinners to all the drivers… It just really shows how much they care about Professional Truck drivers… thank you for being so thoughtful!
