We were already booked or had made reservations each time and once we got there the prices changed and had gone up close to an extra 1,000 dollars. We had the same female employee and had returned home with no vehicle each time leaving us with no choice but to cancel all other reservations we booked from West Virginia clear to Florida and back again. I have had good experiences with Enterprise in the past but unfortunately I can no longer say that considering this has happened several days in a row now with a mid aged driver that has never been pulled over, received a ticket, been in a crash or has ever crashed himself. Be sure to be very specific when making a reservation in NewMartinsville WV.
