- AUAngela UderwoodAug 16, 20255.0I can't even begin to express how thankful we are to have been helped by a young man named Brandon, he went above and beyond to not only find exactly what we needed, but when we explained our situation and all the trouble we were having finding the right battery because our bike was custom made and had already purchased 4 batteries from another store earlier that same day and we were over 100 miles from home. Brandon went to who I assumed was his manager and told him that he was taking his lunch break and then walked a few blocks to the motel where we had gotten a room and he pushed that 1300 pound bike back to the store and installed the battery and made sure it started. We purchased 7 batteries that day before getting the one that fit and worked. I wish we had went to Autozone first. I offered to buy Brandon lunch or give him money but wouldn't take anything. He absolutely deserves a raise or something 👏 🙌 ❤️ Brandon saw that we had a bad experience with the other store and instantly he was very sympathetic and was determined to do whatever he could to make sure we had the best experience possible. You never know what people are going through and sometimes just being friendly and smiling can make all the difference in the world. I can't thank Brandon enough for everything he did for us and he deserves a raise or a bonus or something. We are long time Autozone customer's and the biggest problem we've had is getting the wrong parts, stuff like that will happen, but the employees can really make all the difference in the world depending on how they treat and respond to the customer.
