- SLSavannah Lipkovitch2 days ago5.0John was so amazing and helpful. I came in after my tire had popped and they found 2 additional tires needed replaced due to impact knots. He talked me through it and gave me a discount because he would want someone to take care of his daughter the same way. I have never received better customer service or turn around time anywhere else in morgantown. If my family or friends have anything go wrong I will tell them to come here every time.

When I got to the store I was told by Dillion that it was against the law to repair trailer tires. I called Dot and other shops to find out it is not against the law. Then he wasnt sure if it was law or policy. But definitely was quick to try to sell me a replacement tire. Very poor attitude.

I showed up to this NTB and hoped they’d have availability to repair my tire with no appointment. I wasn’t optimistic, but Dillion and the rest of his team totally saved the day. They were very busy but never once made me feel like I wasn’t a priority. They were upfront with the cost and wait time from the start, and did a great job!! I will definitely be returning in the future as not only is the staff kind and welcoming but the prices are fair and they do great work.

Pricing was very fair and honestly cheaper than expected. It was also convenient that there are several shops and places within walking distance, and I was able to work from the waiting area using their free WiFi.
