We experienced a few issues along the way but when I told the rep at Enterprise about them I was refunded part of my money due to the inconvenience. The staff at Enterprise was more than helpful. I highly recommend them and I would rent from them again.

A family friend (19 years old) rented a car from the Enterprise in Morgantown, WV and was sent out with a vehicle that had a spare tire on it. Not a regular tire — an actual temporary spare. And when she questioned it, the staff told her “not to worry about it” like it was no big deal. Are you kidding me? This wasn’t a short trip — this was a 30-day rental. Anyone with basic common sense knows a spare tire is not meant for normal driving, let alone long-term use. It’s unsafe, it’s irresponsible, and it puts the driver at real risk — especially someone young who is trusting that the company is giving them a safe vehicle. Now her mom has to step in and deal with replacing the car, which should have never been necessary in the first place. It’s honestly concerning that this location thought this was acceptable. If this is how they handle vehicle safety, I would seriously question what else they’re overlooking. Do better, Enterprise. This could have ended a lot worse.
