- SCSara Clark1 day ago1.0I have been in several times for them to fix my windshield wipers they broke after getting my windshield replaced. I had another warranty appointment today and got gaslight and lied to. The one technician that came out had the most disgusting smirk on his face as he told me all honda windshield wipers don't stay in place. Like what? They do not shift like that, it's not normal. My wipers are constantly switching where they hit, that's not normal. I had it confirmed at honda twice now, that it's not normal. It's pretty embarrassing that you "specialize" in windshields and you break something and act like that. Unfortunately for me I'm going to have to continue going back until they fix what they broke and make my car right. I haven't even had it for 2 years yet. So disappointed and the behavior is disgusting. I've been patient this whole time except for today I lost my cool. So frustrating having a man talk down to me because I'm a woman and they assume I know nothing. When I showed up with my husband for an appointment , their behavior and attitude were entirely different. Figures

I made contact with Safelite the following Monday and making an appointment for Wednesday two days later. I dropped the truck off at 8am Wednesday for a 1pm service. At 1pm I received an Email saying the service on my vehicle was beginning. A friend dropped me off at the Safelite business at 2:15pm noticing my truck setting in a parking spot different than the one I parked it in. I walked inside to office finding out from a Safelite employee the work on my truck was completed including all safety calibrations. The employee found my insurance info logged in from the Saturday appointment setup, I paid my 100 dollar deductible and out the door to my truck with a new windshield and calibrated safety systems. Very well pleased with the Safelite experience.
