  went in a time of need because I had a family member pass away and they were the only people to offer services in time for me to drive a long distance to support the rest of my family. these people scammed me out of $150 after i was told they were able to do my spark plugs for 450 and then they decided it was actually going to cost 1500 dollars. they wouldnt quote me over the phone and didn’t even ask what type of car i had. wasted my time and money. terrible customer service. do not go here.

  I've worked with Angela a few times over the years, it's always been a smooth and quick experience. I'm always informed of exactly what needs done and why it needs done and given the best options.

  I had an appointment today for 9am. I arrived a little early to get checked in and by early I mean 8:45am. The only thing I needed done was to mount and balance four tires, tires that I brought in myself so they were used tires. 10:15 rolls around and they finally take my car back. They then come out and inform me that the date on my tires was too old for them to put on. They only put on tires that are under five years old, mine were six. That would have been fine had they told me that either when I made the appointment or before I waited almost an hour and a half. Had I been told that, I would have went somewhere else and had no problem, but being told that after waiting that long for them to even get started is why I'm leaving a one star. Super unprofessional especially when you can hear the workers in the back gossiping from the waiting area. Will not be back.

  They did a great job mounting and balancing tires, I have nothing bad to say about the quality of work or how friendly the staff were, but 204 dollars to mount and balance 4 tires is highway robbery. Maybe their rates are better on other things but DO NOT bring your own tires here, just too expensive. For reference the same job last set of tires I bought was 53 dollars in buckhannon.

  I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. I recently had to get two new tires. After getting a new tire, about 3 weeks later I found a nail in my tire (not their fault). Upon going back to get it fixed, they kept my car there from 10:30AM to 3 PM, just to tell me that I had to buy a WHOLE new tire. When I mentioned that I just had that tire replaced with them, they said that I had to buy a warranty to have a replacement. They DID NOT mention a warranty to me AT ALL when paying. Come to find out, a friend of mine also had tires replaced there and they did not offer a warranty at checkout either. They are gatekeeping the warranty information and then when you actually need help, they claim that they “tried” to sell you a warranty. They DO NOT MENTION THE WARRANTY AT ALL. Would not recommend. Shady.
