  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited over two hours after my appointment time and still was not seen to. When asking staff questions they seemed clued and did not care about helping me at all.

  I will never come back to this location. My first appointment for inspection resulted in a laundry list of issues I needed fixed in order to pass. Okay so I get everything fixed at a shop near by with reciept. When I called to make second appointment for tires and inspection they said everything was good to go. I return for my second appointment to get new tires and inspection and now they don’t have inspection stickers. So I settle for just tires my appt started at 10a and my vehicle didn’t get taken back for over an hour after the start of my appt. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Waiting room packed with people now standing. This place is a joke. Oh yea my total was supposed to be $400 for tires and somehow ended up over $700.

  Pretty great place. Despite a series of unfortunate events, the team there was able to take care of me and ensure my utmost satisfaction. Their team was able to get me in and out in a really decent time frame, four new tires, mounted, balanced and installed with a front and rear end alignment. The one thing that could be improved on is their call center that you sometimes get to when they're overburdened with phone calls. Highly recommend just calling back later and talking to the store as it eliminates some confusion and hassle. But I am overall really impressed with this company and their staff! Looking forward to going back to them when I have to.

  I was in desperate need of a wheel alignment and was able to make an appointment online for the next day. Got front struts replaced afterward which caused me to need the realignment redone. Called and they told me to come in the next morning, and JR got me taken care of.

  Made an appointment more than 24 hours in advance; my car was not brought into the garage until 56 minutes after my appointment, but up to this point I had no issues. Brought a brand new tire with less than 5k miles, ran over a roofing nail (approx 1 1/8th inch) from the side wall. I was told that it was jeopardizing the integrity of the sidewall. I brought it somewhere else and had the tire removed; It turns out the sidewall was not touched at all and the second shop was able to patch/plug it. There was no liability involved, they just wanted to sell a tire; money over honesty is no way to run a business. It is sad because I have been a long time Mavis Customer. I personally would recommend saving your time and money and going somewhere else. I also think they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I had a road trip that I had to take. Just not good business in my opinion but everyone is entitled to their own
