  Enterprise is an incredible company with a phenomenal team (Michael, Luigi & Quinn). When our insurance company dropped the ball with the payment process, adjusting discreetly, for the negative, they decided that "customer satisfaction > $" Thank You!! :)

  This is the second time the same thing has happened. We reserved a vehicle. Again, I say, reserved. 45 minutes prior to pick up I receive a phone call stating that no vehicle is available. I thought it was RESERVED! I also called 2 days prior to our scheduled pick up to confirm. I was told, yes there would be the vehicle requested available. If I was notified of this at least 24 hours earlier I might have had some options of going somewhere else. 45 minutes prior to pick up, both times. What a disaster. I see that other people have a similar review. I don’t want to talk to someone about the issue. I would ask that you resolve the issue. Thank you I was just contacted again by the local branch. We came to an agreement on another vehicle. My problem is resolved. But I would still suggest a more permanent solution.

  Charged erroneously for toll road fees. I contacted this office and asked them about the transponder that their toll fee department claimed was in the vehicle. They stated that there was no transponder in the vehicle. Asked them to sort this out internally (tell their toll office that this was an error). Their toll office insisted that there was a transponder in the vehicle. I knew these were not my fees regardless as the vehicle was not even in the same state at the time those tolls were incurred. No call back or resolution. They acted like it was not their problem. Even though I pointed out that they were still renting the vehicle, and the next person may have the same issue. Very poor business practices and a lack of taking responsibility.

  As soon as you step foot inside you are hit with the delightful smell of the mountains on a brisk morning. I felt like I had just climbed Mt.Everest. The workers were fabulous divas. They had the good carpet and not old bus carpeting. All of the workers also had fantastic shoe choices and they wore matching beanies together. I hope my car breaks down so I can go back.

  I didn't have any special needs on this trip so I don't know that they did anything exemplary. But, I remain an Enterprise fan, end this location seems solid.
