Found the positive cable loose on its terminal not even started to be tightened. Had to run in the garage, find the right tools, and finish the job myself. Generously giving 3 stars as the fault was clearly with the employee. To his credit, he was overwhelmed and had no help from the other employees. While waiting for the installation, picked up another item to buy and got in the queue. Another customer had to point out that I was waiting to the female employee just standing there talking. Seems like a management issue.
