This specific store, told me that they would be able to source 250 pound bags of rock salt from the Kingwood store. They insisted on charging me and not waiting until the order was fulfilled. Then I called later that day and find out that they are unable to fulfill the order. They told me to go to any advanced auto parts store, to have my money refunded, even though no order was ever fulfilled I believe the gentleman Adam is the one who gave me misinformation both times. Save your time and money and go to the store On Mon boulevard

Kadence and Adam saved us. She called a mechanic that was a regular there, told him our situation. Not only did he come after 8:30 at night, but he bought the part for us on his account to save us funds and then put it on for us for what I know had to have been a discounted price. They went so far above and beyond for us, I am so grateful to the store into these people. They were absolutely amazing and made our trip a success. My daughter and grandkids are now safely in Florida and I am back home in Pennsylvania. I will probably go out of my way to go to the store again if I ever have the opportunity.
