Including an “engine flush” in addition to oil change and replaced wipers that were not needed changed. Not to mention they stripped the drain plug in the process. What was supposed to be a quick oil change for my girlfriend has now resulted in needing a new drain plug and a service bill over $200 for said “engine flush”. Do not go here.

It was reasonably priced and I was told that I could come by anytime to have it topped up if needed. Well, turns out the coolant reservoir has a small leak so have had to return several times for a top up. The staff has always been kind and helpful. Recently, I was told that a top up cost $6. No problem, happy to pay it! However, they are not consistent. The first time, they made it sound like it was a mistake on my part. I explained that it had been free up until that point but happily paid the $6 and communicated that I just wanted consistent information. The very next time I went, it was free and the staff said “we are family here, we take care of our people.” AWESOME!! Now, tell me why, when I showed up today, they acted like none of that had occurred before and it will be $6. AGAIN, it’s not about the measly $6, it’s the consistency and not making me feel like I’m the fool. Idk if it depends on what manager is on that day but just be consistent!!
