    The repairs were great, car looked brand new. This repair took time. Almost 6 months without a car, not ideal as someone who has a full time job that needs to get around. Which I understood it was hard to find the parts, however, I wish there was more communication instead of an automated email with new time/date of completion every once in a while. I had to constantly call the shop for an update on my car. Each time there was a new part that was needed and was on backorder. All of this was information that I called them to receive otherwise I would be none the wiser. Some calls I made, never received a call back or an email not responded to. I didn't need a daily update, but more frequent updates like at the end of the week would have been nice instead of me having to reach out everytime to get information. Customer service on that end was not the best. Every person I interacted with though was very nice at the shop. Nice people, great repairs, but communication needs worked on.

    Bucky’s did an excellent job with my auto body repairs in a timely manner. I have worked with John for 10 plus years for all of my auto body repairs. They always provide excellent service, keep you updated with the progress, and get the repairs scheduled and completed in a timely manner. I recommend Bucky’s to anyone in need of auto body work.

    After being told it would take 8 days, it ended up taking 24. That wouldn’t have bothered me too much has they bothered communicating in ANY way. Instead, I had to call for any update and every time, they said “oh, we need to order more parts” or that they ordered the WRONG parts! Every time I called, the people in the office seemed very unorganized and took forever to even figure out who I am and which vehicle I was talking about. Then, when it was finally done, I only had 15 minutes to actually pick it up since they close at 6:00. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and slow. Do not take your vehicle here unless it is for a basic repair and even there, make sure to allow for double or triple the amount of time you normally would.

    Bucky's performed repairs on my car from an insurance claim after I was rear-ended. The customer service folks were great. I was regularly informed of progress. After picking up the vehicle, the work completed seems exceptional. Highly satisfied.

    The price would have been fine if the work was actually completed. Unfortunately it took almost two weeks, even though they quoted 2 days, for them to tell me that they didn't have the correct tool to finish the job. Even with them only doing half the job, they still charged me the full amount they quoted after they said they took off the labor for what they didn't do. Left after all of that and noticed after getting home that my hood wasn't even all the way closed, they only latched one side! Now I have to go to a second place, pay more money, and be out of a car for longer because they didn't know before, or even a couple days in, that they couldn't complete the job!
