- JFJacqueline Ford-ScanlanDec 30, 20251.0First estimate said for 2 days, ended up taking 30, then they called me and said it was ready for pickup, I drop my rental car off and enterprise drove me to buckys, my car ended up having more issues when I went to drive off (due to buckys) , took 4 more days just to find out they covered up a sensor with my license plate. Didn’t even know how to properly place the license plate without covering the sensors. I would do 0 stars if it was an option. 0/10 recommend.

- AAAshOct 16, 20251.0DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE! My family has been coming here for years to help fix their cars. I had to get my car fixed and I brought it here. My car is keyless and they handed back my broken key fob and insisted that it was broken since I gave it to them, but I have had this car for years and have not once had issues with my key fob. I dropped off the key fob in perfect condition. I’ve tried changing the batteries and nothing has worked. They also told me that my window no longer rolls down even though it rolled down just fine prior to dropping it off. Now I have to get a new key fob and insurance doesn’t cover it! I have to go pay $150 out of pocket because Bucky’s broke my key fob. They took no responsibility and told me they couldn’t help me. My family and I won’t be returning here.
