Kyle came out to the parking lot, explained what a pinch weld was & showed me where to place the jack stands correctly. I came in after changing my oil, starting my car & seeing a bunch of lights on my dash, Kyle came back out to code read it & we came to the conclusion that I had drained my transmission fluid pan rather than my oil pan. Kyle took the initiative to speak to one of AutoZones mobile mechanics & we were able to schedule a day to get the fluids fixed. Kyle was patient, kind, respectful & absolutely went above & beyond in every way possible to help me through every part of the process and I am INCREDIBLY grateful for him. Highly recommend him.
