  This was the worst experience ive ever had at a body shop they had my truck for almost 6 months i had another vehicle so they were never rushed give them all the time in the world to not mess it up and they managed to do it the communication was next to none it was there for hail damage had to take it back at least 4 times because of their so called excellent work and had to refuse it at least 3 times chips in paint which they took a paint brush and dabbed paint over the chip that they did over spray on whole truck didnt clean grind dust off so it rusted on paint truck is white how someone could miss something like that is beyond me they had to replace the steering wheel because they scratched the leather off and didnt bother to tell me had to have windshield taken out 3 times because they didnt center it and wasnt going to replace rubber seal around the windshield last time I took it back the roof was leaking because they have no idea what they are doing if you had work done here better check it because they have zero attention to detail swirled marked the whole truck with their sorry wash job mop worst experience ever this was a new truck and they ruined it the owner avoids anything coming back and has the receptionist deal with it my wife overheard her saying owner doesn't come in when he knows something is coming back that they messed up I would highly recommend anyone else my insurace rep said they have a lifetime warranty so it will make it harder to sue them as long as they agree to fix their mistakes which they may if you take it back 10 times
