  Be careful when renting from this location or returning a car to this location. I rent cars all over the country many times a year so I know how things should be done. First time I returned here they tried charging me damages for a vehicle. When I showed them I had photos and video from pick up location, with car already damaged, they retracted the charges and apologized. They knew the car had damage when I picked it up, tried charging anyway. 2nd time I had a one way rental from Richmond VA to Lewisburg. Picked car up Sat. and dropped off Sat. I documented time, milage, and fuel on rental agreement and put in drop box. When I get the bill they said car was not returned until Monday morning. So they were closed Sat. when I returned, closed Sunday, and documented car not returned until Monday. My rental was picked up Sat returning Sat. This location will try to falsely charge you on different levels. Please be careful when dealing with this location. Document everything!

  Wonderful people to deal with, you could feel like they cared. Very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Enterprise and if ever need rental again that is where I will go.

  We were very impressed with the great service we received from Hannah at the Lewisburg, WV location. We needed a vehicle quickly and the whole process was speedy and seamless. I highly recommend you give them a call, if you need a rental.

  I am a return customer of Enterprise in Lewisburg and I am very pleased with my experience with them. Customer service from Shauntil was exceptional. I will definitely rent from them again, hopefully next time it is not because of a deer.
