- JAJames AveryOct 20, 20251.0Worst experience. Flew in on a Friday had a confirmed a rental a week ahead of time. Was to pickup 10:30 Saturday AM. At 8 AM they called and said there were no cars available. They said they would work on securing one and call back. They closed at Noon and by 11AM no word, I called several times but no answer. Managed to get a ride to and from the wedding we were in town for. Enterprise company customer service was no help said I'd have to wait til Monday. I was scheduled to drive 5hrs to Maryland Sunday night for a Monday morning event. Their attitude was oh well nothing can be done . We were able to beg a ride on Sunday from another wedding guest 3 hrs toward our destination. Then had to have someone drive 2hrs round trip from Maryland to get us the rest of the way. A very stressful time trying to figure it out. There are no ubers, taxi service, or any way to get around town or out of town. With enterprise you are not a priority.
