- SBShon BernardAug 5, 20201.0If you rent Alamo or Enterprise from this be very careful. The pat 3 rentals they have tried to over charge me. I returned to airport on Friday at 2pm, wrote time, milage, parking spot and fuel. Turned in keys. I was charged until Monday afternoon when they picked up the keys, I assume. This is a scam operation as it has happened last 3 times. Take a picture with time stamp, in parking spot, and have a witness. I called to dispute and they said I would have to call the location from which I rented the vehicle, in a different town? This did not make sense to me, and I disagreed with who had control over my contract. Supposedly they are correcting, I will update.
- JHJeremy HicksJul 20, 20193.0Great place to rent from if you are calling or renting Monday-Friday and get the office on 219. Apparently on Saturday and Sunday no one bothers to answer the phone when calling the airport number. Tried off and on probably 10-15 times from 9-11 with no luck.
