    I reserved a car ahead of time for a very reasonable price. Pick up and drop off went well, and the representative was very polite and kind. Would rent again!

    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. My parents Rented a car from 1/19 - 1/22, returned on 1/22 (after hours, as intended and on the contract!) but Alamo did NOT process the return. We were charged $1700 and told our car was returned on Jan 28, 6 days after we truly returned it. Mind you, the airport was open on the 23rd, why was this not processed? A $1700 charge, $1400 more than what we should have owed, is ludicrous. We will never, ever use this location. And I highly recommend you don’t either. Edit: Support answered my review but DID NOT call me back after 6 calls, and also corporate told me that the local location would call me today.

    Shantile in Lewisburg WV and James in Wilmington NC went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I. Anyone I know traveling their way, I will recommend!!! Thanks again Guys

    Do they even exist? I made a reservation for 6:00 pm and I arrived at the airport. No one was at the counter. Waited for a few minutes. The other rental company folks told me, they havent seen them all day and judging by that they didnt think they were going to come. I gladly cancelled it and went with the other company who honored the same price for the same time. Disgusting, basically rent at your own risk, they will likely leave you hanging. Im just glad the other rental company had vehicles to rent out.
