The employee allowed me to return the car on E as it was when I picked it up and stated “I will be speaking with the detailed guy about this”. When we dropped off our rental to a different employee we stated our issues and he refunded us an extra $50 for the hassle. All in all I would use them again for something quick but maybe not for a vacation. It was nice to drive a 2024 though!!!
