I’m 50 years old and not as spry as I used to be, and I’ll be honest, I can handle most things under the hood, but those wiper clips always give me trouble. Tabbi was working that afternoon and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She came right out to the parking lot, made sure I had the correct size blades for all three wipers, including the rear one, and put them on for me in just a few minutes. She even took the time to show me how the clips worked in case I wanted to tackle it myself next time. You don’t always get that kind of patience and good service these days. Tabbi was friendly, professional, and really seemed to care that I left there safe and satisfied. Big thanks to her, I’ll definitely be back to this store whenever I need parts or advice.
