The electrical components stopped working / battery went dead. After stopping and getting tests run at two other car parts places in Eastern KY where they said only a charge on the battery was needed, we finally got a good diagnosis of our alternator being bad once the same thing happened again just as we acrossed in to WV. We had to get to NC in the next 24 hours, so Klu recommended someone he knew who could replace it at a moment's notice, and he did and we were back on the road in a few hours. Russell was very helpful as well! When we were in a tough spot, this was a place where people provided great help and understanding. This is the thing you don't see a ton of anymore, and my wife and son and I were all so appreciative and felt fortunate to have found this place. Our sincere thanks to you all!
