  I have purchased 2 other Outlander Sport, new. I said I would not go back each time. My experience as a woman in the service department has been horrible! But today??? I left Capital Mitsubishi with a new Outlander Sport! My faith in small town dealers and their service department has been renewed . Thank you Kevin! Easy to work with.So easy to talk with. Not intrusive and he actually sent videos of the vehicle I described. 2 hours from start to finish. The F&I office and other sales staff were FABULOUS! I love my new Car!!

  I am very finicky when it comes to buying a car. I have to have an honest salesman and I don't do pushy tactics. Capitol Mitsubishi was laid back, no hastle, and super fast start to finish! I've bought many new cars and this was the NUMBER 1 experience for both my wife and me. Brendan and the staff there are friendly down to earth group of people and they genuinely want to help their customer. THANK YOU Capitol Mitsubishi and Brendan for a great experience!

  Re: 2022 Silverado Custom trade-in for a new Outlander or Eclipse Cross While the interaction between myself and the salesman and managers was cordial and they were well intending, the Capitol Mitsubishi sales promotion was deceptive. I originally responded to the facebook ad that "Upside down? We want your trade-in and we will do anything to get it! We will pay off your trade-in loan and terminate it!" That was a false statement and false advertisement. The dealership refused my trade in and did not do as publicly offered. I chose to buy the car outright and found at the signing that the 0%, 2.99% and 4.99% interest offer was not honored either and I was hit with 16.99% interest. The only value I found in the end was the lifetime warranty, and now based on the deal, I am left wondering if that will even be honored if mechanical failure pursues with the car. Improvements would be to have full, open and honest disclosure publicly so as to no vague or assertive claims to offers that in the end will not be honored as the upside down, "We will do anything to get your trade in. We will pay your upside down loan and terminate the loan". This did not happen and was refused. My time was wasted for the first hour trying to negotiate for the offer Capitol Mitsubishi publicly offered.
