The lady answered the phone and said hello. When I asked if I was calling auto zone she said yeah. Then I told her I had bought a part the other day and it is in the system with the make and model. She stated I wasn't in the system and said so what do you want. She looked up my part said they didn't have it. I had to ask if it was at a nearby store. She didn't offer to order it or anything. Seemed I was bothering her. I ended up going to Edwin miller blvd Auto zone and they took care of me. Low and behold, I was in the system. I've heard there was a new manager at this store and I'm not happy about the service she gives. I live in Inwood but will be driving to mtsb AutoZone to give them my business. You(new store manager) need to work on your customer service skills if you want others to shop at your location.
