  I have been using Mr tire for at least 10-15 years in various states. I have never had to pay for mounting/ balancing. At the hurricane wv store, this is not the way. I was charged for both, there was no signage in the waiting area this was what was about to happen. When I was presented with the final bill there it was almost $80. I am done with this bunch

  Went in for tire rotation, oil change, and wv inspection. The appointment was at 4pm and my car didn't go in the shop until 5:35pm. The paper work said they checked my air filter, cabin filter, checked the tread on the tires, and they were at a 7. The air filter needed changed 3 months ago but the store I went to didn't have it in stock. So I know it wasn't good. My cabin filter has not been changed in 3 years so I know it's not good, the tire I had checked a week later and mind you I do not drive much. Was testing at a 4.5 also they were not rotated. The back driver tire that I know has a plug in it is still in the same place. But I got charged for all of it. The lady that works there rude from the moment she saw it was an online appointment.

  They were great we had a double flat and needed two bed new tires. They didn’t try to upsell us or anything and got us on our way very quickly and inexpensively.

  The only good thing I can say is they had the tire in stock. The price was high and the wait time for them to put a single tire on was several hours even though the waiting room was empty. Employees had many chats amongst themselves and breaks to walk over to CVS for snacks while I waited to get on the road again after the manager said they would get my vehicle finished quickly. The employees weren't friendly or welcoming and I regret wasting time and money here. I won't be back or recommend this shop.

  It took me over an hour to get an inspection sticker and I was the only one there. No one at the front desk, the mechanic had to fumble through getting me signed in. Then they came back and said I had a license plate light out. After they called multiple auto parts stores and even the dealership and couldn't find one. The mechanic plugged it back in and magically it worked. The lady from the front desk came back and didn't even apologize for the supper long wait. She just made excuses for why it took so long. I felt like saying lady I'm 60 years old and this isn't my first time getting an state inspection sticker.
