  We have rented cars here multiple times for business and there's always some kind of issue. Most recently, my wife rented a car and when she got it home to load her luggage she found the truck to be soaking wet with visible water standing in the trunk. She called to get another car and she was offered a Chevy Malibu (she reserved a small SUV) or a Chevy Equinox with a non-working back up camera. She said no to both of these. In the meantime she heard someone in the background say that yeah the last person returned the car extremely dirty so they had to really clean it, thus the wet trunk. So yes they knew about the soaked truck but tried to rent it out anyway. Since they didn't have a replacement car they told her she needed to go to another Enterprise to swap the car out. They then suddenly found a Jeep to give her. She drove this Jeep (4-hours) to her destination and the odor of weed slowly became more and more evident. Obviously whatever Enterprise used to cover up the weed smell was wearing off. The odor became so bad that she was embarrassed to open the car door when a colleague was nearby. She had to call the 1-800 number to get the weed Jeep swapped out at her location, which they did. So yes, the people at this location are, for the most part, friendly and they try to help. However, this was a fail and the quality of cars they rent are below standard. We won't be returning to this location for our future rental needs.

  The Enterprise team in Hurricane, WV are the absolute BEST! They are so friendly and so helpful and their quality of work is fantastic. The cars are always clean and in great condition and ready when I get there. I travel for work and I rent vehicles from the Hurricane location all the time and I see the team treat all the customers so well, including me. To Enterprise - you all should be proud to have the Hurricane team working for you because they make you look good! Thank you for making renting a car a great experience!
