  Where to begin. Originally dropped in to have a valve stem replaced. Instantly advised that it was unrepairable due to a hole too close to the outer tread (I had placed a plug months ago which was still holding strong). I again requested for just the valve stem to be replaced and that I wasn't interested in a new tire. They agreed, and replaced the valve stem but after advised me that their TPMS machine is down and that id have to come back another day. I had already been there for 2 hours. I returned another day at opening but was told that there were no techs in yet, would have to wait half an hour for the tech to show up. I declined and returned yet again on another day. The receptionist was not around, waited at the desk for 10 mins to see her returning with a Burger King bag. Ended up waiting for an hour for my car to go into the bay. Thats when I was advised that it was a faulty sensor and asked if I wanted to replace it. I had to convince them that since 3 sensors match and since the odd ball sensor was the faulty one, they installed a faulty sensor and need to replace it without charge. They agreed. Lookong back im wondering if the TPMS machine was down at all. All in all, this place operates at the bare minimum. Customer service of a potato. Yet to see more than 1 tech. And pushing for the sale/upcharge is ethically questionable at best. I gaurentee if my Wife was the one handling this issue, they would have tried to sell her 4 new tires and double charge her for the sensor.

  Way over priced, charge for lugnuts and a stud and neither of them were the correct one but still charged me $60 for them and didnt fix it. Didnt even do front end alignment after putting new tires on and just sent me and my truck out the door bc it was closing time and told me to call another day and come back for the alignment....took 1 guy 3 hours to cut my wheel loose since 1 lugnut was ceased...i will never come back here, ever!

  I've never heard of a tire shop that can not balance and mount new tires and rims and do a wheel alignment WOW... I'll find somewhere else to work on my cars. Definitely not letting just anyone do anything to my brand new mustangs anyway and advise you to do the same. Mindy was extremely rude on the phone.... Would give 0 Stars if I could

  Great service and friendly people! They quickly took off my damaged tire and put on my spare so I could get to a meeting. When I came back from my meeting, they quickly put the repaired tire back on. The charge was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

  I had tires I ordered online shipped to this Mr. Tire location because it was the closest to me, despite the long drive from Ashland. What should have been a routine installation turned into a nightmare. My four-year-old and I were forced to wait for four hours, only to receive a shockingly poor quality of work. After the installation on September 6th, I recently discovered that my vehicle's alignment is now off. Most alarmingly, I found that the lug nuts on all four tires were only hand-tightened and not torqued to specification. This is an extremely dangerous safety hazard that could have led to a catastrophic accident and put me and my family at risk of potentially fatality. When I called the shop to report this life-threatening issue, the manager was completely unhelpful. I was told nothing could be done unless I brought the vehicle back in. Given that the car is unsafe to drive, I requested that they arrange for a tow. The manager refused. This establishment demonstrates a complete disregard for both craftsmanship and customer safety. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. I will be reporting this to corporate
