  They were very nice and polite to me and the car they gave me was very nice and clean I definitely would go back if I ever need a rental car.

  The 24th street and 3rd Avenue location should be used as a template for Enterprise on customer service. The employees here are top tier!! I rent here at least monthly and the staff has always been welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Most of all, they are genuine about it. My trim level is always available, reserved upon my arrival, and always ready when scheduled. I cannot praise this location enough. These young adults are the face of Enterprise...and Enterprise looks good!! (PS: whomever is doing the hiring, keep up the good work!)

  I had a 10/10 rental experience with Rhys at Enterprise. He promptly took care of any and all issues. He made the rental experience a great one.

  If your black they will 1st give you a weed smelling car. When you reject it then they will give you a damaged car that still smells like smoke then blame you for the damages when you return the car. Then not give you a refund only to say they will give you one to two days off your next rental.
