    DON’T USE THIS CARWASH! My husband went to take 5 for a car wash. Only one car wash. He didn’t sign up for a membership. We have just discovered that he has been charged $27 monthly since 4/24. I tried to contact customer service to cancel and spoke to a person 2 different times (outsourced to a foreign country of course). I was told each time that they don’t have the authority to cancel they have no one else to call, all they can do is send an email requesting cancellation. You can only cancel online if you have the membership number, which of course we don’t have because we didn’t buy a membership. My bank can’t stop payment because they are using my husband’s debit card. My bank told me that even if we cancel the debit card they can still take money out. We are disputing the charge, but they are still taking money out. This is a scam. Don’t use this car wash!!!
