Emailed multi times to cancel and no problem solved. Now going to get charged for a service I cant even use

The vacuums are useless. They don’t suck anything up. They are very weak. The dry towels are all moldy and reek. It continues to go down hill.

- R9redneck channel 99Dec 23, 20252.0I went there this morning to get my car washed and I admit it was very muddy and I understand why the guy be like hey can’t push this through because it could damage other people cards and I understand that but what gets me upset as he shook his head gave aside and like attitude before I even got pulled in and I asked him is there anyway that we can get it pushed through like even written off before it goes through so nobody else’s car will get damaged. He proceeds to tell me no and go straight off yourself and then you come back. I’d love this car wash never gives me issues. I mean they do a good job just did Not understand why I couldn’t get assistance better and then I took it to Barboursville car wash and instead they were like oh you must’ve had fun and they’re like we’re not going to not say you can’t come in. We’ll spray you off first and then we’ll push you through. I just wish I had that experience with this one.
