And charged her for an additive and air filter she didn’t ask for. She didn’t notice but ever since she started the car and left it has been smoking really bad. To the point you can’t see out the rear view. We had another oil change done at another place hoping to fix it. It helped a bit but didn’t fix the problem. My mother and aunt went over there and confronted them about it and one of the guys working grabbed the receipt from her hands so they wouldn’t have proof. My aunt took it back from him and he proceeded to cuss her out. Would not recommend this place to anyone

- TETim EbbeckeNov 9, 20255.0I went today to get an oil change, it is the first somewhat cold day of the year but needed an oil change and my schedule is tight. The gentleman working there was alone working and busting his tail to make sure he gave a good experience to everyone. He worked on my car rapidly and also kept the people waiting behind me updated on progress. It could be very easy to get overwhelmed working alone there with the amount of business they get but he did not lose stride, honestly, he needs a bonus or raise for how he handled it. I will come back for my next oil change there.
