  left me stranded without the car I reserved. called 10 times and waited on hold 4 minutes each time. no one answers. had the 1-800 customer service reps email twice with no response. will warn you to rent from Avis, Budget, Hertz....anyone else.

  I've always had good service passing through here. Vehicles tend to be a bit nicer than similar brands. I appreciated the work ethic of the representatives working this location, but they come and go about every two years. By preference, when in town and I need a car, I will go to this location.

  Customer service is excellent. I always have good service at the HTS airport office. Would highly recommend!
