Put a rejection sticker on my car…took it straight to another shop to hear my brakes were fine and we got an inspection sticker. 5 red flags for this place… $359.00 for just brake pads, that cost $60 at autozone.

The estimate I received was outrageously high, and to make matters worse, I was hit with a surprise $229 fee just for having my car looked at. I understand that diagnostic fees are common, but this charge was never clearly disclosed up front. That lack of transparency felt misleading. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

Ask them what paperwork I needed & they didn’t mention proof of insurance. Then asked for it when I went back.
