    Subject: Safety Issue – Tire Pressure Concern for Entire Rental Period I’m writing regarding my recent rental under reservation number 961649108. From the moment we picked up the vehicle, all four tires have been reading 42 PSI — well above the manufacturer’s recommended 32 PSI. The tire pressure warning light has remained on for the entirety of our trip, both on the way to our destination and on the return home. According to the U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), overinflated tires can reduce traction, cause uneven wear, and increase the risk of a blowout, especially during extended highway travel. This makes the vehicle unsafe for renters and should have been addressed prior to my pickup. Driving long distances with 3 children in the car and this constant warning and pressure issue caused unnecessary stops and stress which made us feel unsafe for the entirety of our rental period.
