    Came into this store just a few ago and was attempting to return some parts a purchased a while back granted yes they were greatly over the 45 day return period. I wasn’t trying to get cash I was hoping for a merchandise card at most. They processed my first transaction but told me the other 2 they couldn’t find in the computer so I would have to contact corporate for the return history number I did as the employee suggested to me and came back in the store to return it. I wasn’t being rude to anyone or being hostile to anyone simply just trying to get parts for a new truck I have and I had new parts from a truck I had sold that I didn’t use at the time when I came back in the door I was greeted at the desk by a guy in probably his mid to late 30s I sat the parts on the table and the first thing he does is look at the parts then look at me and says we aren’t returning those I asked why and he says it because it’s our decision and I’m not doing it I did the first one just to be nice as he standing there sweating and shaking like he’s gonna come across the table at me I asked the employee why he was being so hostile and he claimed he wasn’t I understand if you didn’t wanna return the parts but why have me call corporate to get a transaction number and then get hostile with me I just chose to leave before situations got worse because i didn’t know if the guy was gonna try something

    Iba de paso desde Chicago, IL visitando a mi familia cuando mi carro me dio problemas y necesitaba refacciones con urgencia. Entré a este Advance Auto Parts sin saber prácticamente nada de autos y, la verdad, un poco estresado. Desde que entré fui atendido por un joven llamado José Paredes, y déjenme decirles que este muchacho sabe TODO sobre refacciones. Me explicó con mucha paciencia, resolvió todos mis problemas de manera rápida y eficiente, y hasta terminé comprando otros productos porque sus recomendaciones fueron acertadas. Mi inglés no es muy bueno, así que el hecho de que hablara español e inglés fue algo enorme para mí. Eso marcó completamente la diferencia. También quiero darle muchísimo reconocimiento al gerente por contratar personal bilingüe. Lo que empezó como una situación horrible se convirtió en una excelente experiencia de servicio al cliente. Gracias de verdad, José Paredes. Personas como tú hacen que uno vuelva sin pensarlo. 💪🚗

    Auto Napa sucks, it's got all the parts you need still had to order. Most of them to another area. Please shut down this company, please. The only one it needs to be up and running again. And needs help is hurricane auto. My uncle only works there now instated. Get him up and running again. He's a hard good and working man. He needs help.
