  I was very unsatisfied with my rental experience. The vehicle they gave me was huge. I had asked for a small car. Since they rented me a large vehicle and I was uncomfortable driving it. I agreed to put 4 days extra insurance on it through them. They started taking money out of my account with out telling me first. I don't make much money and I told them that. I had no lunch money for work that day. My bank balance was $0. Lack of communication on their part. I only wanted 4 days of extra insurance since I have insurance through State Farm. Very unhappy about the experience.

  I can't think of the name of the girl that helped us. Anyway she was so nice and helpful if I ever need a rental car again I will go see her.

  Charles is a gem! We asked what he suggested as far as coverage, he said the damage waiver is a must. And thank god he did, because the day we were set to return the vehicle, a deer ran into the side of it. I was terrified to return the vehicle damaged. But because of the damage waiver Charles suggested, everything went smoothly. I was very upset, he was very calming. Can’t express how much I appreciated that. 100% recommend!

  Used to be a great company, now constantly changing rules and regulations. Rude and won't use again unless they get better 💯
