I was able to have my vehicle serviced right away and enjoyed a hot coffee in the lobby during my wait. I was welcomed and thanked for my business by the owner himself! He was pleasant to talk with and spoke very highly of his technicians and experienced staff; as a fellow business owner this is so nice to hear. During the service appt, I also had an automatic transmission service and a rear differential service. I was appreciative of their attention to detail, communication with me during the service appt, and their transparency of the maintenance needed and/or being done to my vehicle. My husband and I have many of our vehicles serviced here and will continue to thanks to the customer service and quality of service provided!

They ordered parts for us from the AutoZone so we didn't have to walk in the cold, and once I got the car running they let us bring it into their shop to make sure it was safe to take on the long trek home. I am very appreciative of the guys at this store and hope their wages and benefits properly reflect their dedication to the company and the people she serves. They went beyond the call of duty to help an out of towner. I am going to keep taking my business to Grease Monkey after this experience, especially if I am in Fairmont.
