  1 star because I can't give no stars. I have used enterprise many times but now I plan on only going though Budget. Was in Fairmont WV-and my car broke down called the office was told we don't rent to out of state license unless you have a MAJOR credit card. If we have to use a Bank card we charge double. Hung up with them called Budget in Morgantown WV and they had a van and no problem. NEVER will use enterprise. Worthless and telling a consumer that the company will charge double is a great way to lose business.

  Tyler was an angel today, staying a little over his shift just so I could get my rental after being in an accident today! Amazing service, I can’t thank him or praise him enough
