Our salesman, Trevor, used his knowledge and experience to help answer our questions and provide options without pressure. The folks in finance and service kept is in the loop throughout the whole process and spent time answering everything we were curious about. As a first time RV buyer, couldn't have asked for a better experience.
- BMbiohazard26535 MMar 5, 20255.0Great Service they wasn’t able to work on gulf stream and do the warranty work was very upfront with me and didn’t just charge me to tell me they couldn’t do it but they did walked me through my first RV gave me great information and help me as much they could with problems I was having help show me the shop and things going to need down the run definitely a place I’ll go for service when it not warranty work wish I could convince them to start working with Gulf Stream too so I could
- TKTimothy KrolDec 2, 20242.0They do not do rv collision repair or windshield glass or pretty much all of the above repairs in general caused from accidents. The services are limited. The extent of repairs that they do is pretty much replace windshield wipers & the seals on slides a disappointed good sams member here however im sure there is camping worlds that do these more extensive repairs but fairmont wv location is not one.
