- DPDaryl PFeb 11, 20261.0"I was surprised to see an employee by the name of Micky, that's what they called him, working without proper AutoZone attire yesterday evening. As a former manager at another retail store, I look at this from a liability and service standpoint: if an employee isn't identifiable, they aren't helpful. I stood around waiting for help while the employee stood nearby in civilian clothes. It’s a bad look for the store and makes the shopping experience confusing for everyone. Management needs to enforce the dress code.
- BMB MNov 28, 20251.0About a month ago, called looking for replacement hubcaps for a chevy spark. they said they had compatible ones. I went to the store, and they didn't ones that screwed onto the lug nuts liked I asked over the phone, instead they sold ones that had a ring in them and had to rest inside the wheel. So we gave them a shot due to them old ones being damaged. Everything went fine for about two weeks, then we started loosing the hub caps after hitting several potholes in the charleston areas at very low speeds. I even took the car to an garage, to have the cheap plastic ones reinstalled, and they came out the next day. Switch and bait, overpriced, poor quality. Can't recommend their replacement hubcaps so buyer beware.
