  For the love of God, don't take your car to NTB (National Tire and Battery). I arrived at 10:30 and didn't leave until close to 3:00 pm. All I wanted was to get two new tires on the back, which came out to be $253.31. I waited for two hours just for that to be done. I got told that my car was complete. When I looked at my car, they had completely ignored what I needed done and put two new ones on the front instead. The manager, Brian, said, 'You need all four new tires, so he just picked two.' The ones I needed replaced were the back tires with wires sticking out. I see a lack of common sense. He got snippy and agreed to fix it, which took another hour. Finally, when I thought everything was fixed, I got in my car, put my two kids back in, and didn't even get to pull out of the lot when I heard something grinding. It was a caliper directly touching my rims on both sides . I got my two kids back out of the car, took them in, and talked to the manager. He was very short with me and told me his store manager was on the way. Spoiler alert, the store manager was worse than the assistant manager. My mother and her boyfriend came down to help me with the situation. They pulled all five of us to the back and tried to show us they didn't know why it was the way it was. The store manager even quoted, 'I'm off today,' like this isn't your job. He had an ego shooting through the roof. They still couldn't figure out how to fix my car (six 'mechanics' in total). So I ended up getting my refund, and they gave me the tires for free, like a hush-hush present. Nobody took blame. The 'mechanic' who worked on my car hid like a coward the whole entire time. At first, they didn't even know who worked on it, apparently. Lastly, my car had to be towed off the lot and still is broken. I had to order a part to fix it. My car will be down for 3 days. If you want something done right done go there!!!

  My brakes started grinding while returning home from vacation late Friday night. I was able to book an appointment online for Saturday and although I did have to wait several hours for the work to be completed, I was very grateful that they were open on Saturday and able to get it done. Caleb kept me informed all along the way, even bringing me into the shop to show me the issues he was encountering. I appreciate the communication and by being open on Saturday, it kept me from having to take additional time off work to deal with the repairs.

  I had a male mechanic friend call in and make my appointment, NTB quoted him less than $90 for half hour of work. I (a woman) came in for the appointment and they told me they didn’t know who made my appointment but that it was incorrect. They changed the price on me twice and then said 1.5 hours of labor. I agreed to it because I really needed my car fixed. 2 hours later they told me they couldn’t even do the first step, changed the price a third time, and said it was going to be almost $800 for the labor (I had brought my own parts in.) I took it to another place for a second opinion and got it fixed for $111.

  Made an appointment for noon two days early with the customer service representative to have about $2,000 worth of work done (struts replacement and rear windshield wiper replacement) on a 2019 chevy spark. Showed up at 11:45 to drop the car off car off here it is at 2:30 pm and the car hasn't even been took back yet. Had to call and get a ride home since they couldn't confirm that it was even going to finished by the time they closed. Friendly staff, but what is the point of scheduling to have car work done, when they are overbooked? If I had known that it was going to be almost a two hour wait on top of the three.hiur repair time, I could have brought in the car on a less busy day... and before I forget last week I made an appointment online for an oil change and the discount t from the website wasn't applied to the receipt last week. Ps: mens restroom has moldy ceiling tiled from the roof leak.

  I called these folks early morning on a Monday. My tires were very bad; one of them was even leaking air. They got me in the same day at 3 PM. When I got there, they took me right in. Took a little over an hour to complete. I got a very good set of BFGoodrich all-terrain tires at a pretty good price. All staff were very friendly. I even got a courtesy wheel alignment. Will definitely consider these folks again in the future.
