I was hesitant to return since my last visit wasn’t great but they had the tires I wanted in stock so I decided to give them another chance. I come in at 10 am , get checked in after being told it would be about a 3 hour wait. I decided to wait in the lobby. At 1:45 I checked with the desk (Brian I believe) who said they were short handed and it would be about 2 more hours. I was committed at this point so I agreed to wait. At 4:00 I noticed my truck was still outside and asked if I would be done today. Brian didn’t give me any indication it wouldn’t. At 4:20 I heard him calling customers to let them know they wouldn’t be fixing their cars today. Knowing I was waiting in the lobby, he calls me too. When I answered, he realized I was in the lobby and came over to speak to me. I asked why he couldn’t install the 1600 tires today after I waited all day. He said 2 techs left early. That would have been nice to know 4 hours earlier. I left with no tires. All I am saying is - good service has value. Don’t waist your time and money here. I certainly won’t be back and I will be happy to spend more money elsewhere where I will get treated like a valued customer.
