From the moment I arrived, Mark and Rocky were friendly, professional, and thorough with my options and charges associated with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions (which was a lot lol). They let me know I needed my tires rotated soon and informed me that SB provides that service there, which I was unaware of! Their teamwork, efficiency, and communication was impressive. It’s rare to find employees who truly care about both the quality of their work and the customer experience. I hate to admit, but I am usually a devoted Kanawha City SB customer, but after the level of service I received here today, the Cross Lanes location has gained a new faithful customer and I’ll be sure to recommend this location to others!!
