She then explained why she was recommending a higher-grade oil and why it would be beneficial for my car. I appreciated that she took the time to make sure I understood. And from the moment I arrived, I was even offered a bottle of water — a small gesture that showed great customer service and made me feel welcome. The only issue was and this is on me, my car is telling me still it is time for an oil change. I just need to reset the computer. Thank you Korinn for everything.
