  To Senior Management Enterprise Rent-A-Car Location Clarksburg - 107 Emily Drive Clarksburg, WV 26301 Ref: Compliments to Staff Mr.Karrington Stalnaker Ms.Ashley Dawson This is our appreciation of above staff during my recent rental. Mr. Karrington who came to pick and drop me is very courteous , helpful and knowledgeable. I strongly believe that he enjoys what he does and that is the reason he is able to provide such an exemplary services. I also observed that his interactions with other customers were excellent. He gets along with his other staff and has team approach attitude. I also found Ms. Ashley also very helpful and courteous. Both of them have customer friendly attitude. They have excellent qualities which is critical for the business like car rental. They have earned these compliments by providing more than excellent customer services. Enterprise must be very proud of them as a staff . They are an asset and model employee. Please convey my sincere gratitude to them. Both of them are what we call “ Keepers.   I had a fantastic experience with this Enterprise! From getting the rental to returning it, everyone I encountered at this location was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

  I needed to rent a vehicle for work and the staff here were friendly and helpful. The gentleman I delt with was nice. I was the only one here at 8am on a Friday and ended up waiting 40 minutes to get the vehicle. They had to wash it and fill it up. I had no issues with the vehicle I used and the return was easy at the other location. Overall it was a positive experience. Returning was much quicker and the staff help me get back to my vehicle after drop off. And once again everyone was nice that I delt with and would gladly stop by again.

  Of all the rental companies ive used . For most part they are all the same. But I have to be honest the enterprise in clarksburg has by far the best customer service ive ever experienced. They are always extremely busy, but you are greeted promptly and everyone is extremely professional, kind, extremely helpful. If you need to rent a and in the clarksburg/Bridgeport fairmont area come to Enterprise Emily Dr clarksburg
