  Horrible business. Very Unprofessional! Had reservations for pickup Sunday morning at a Home Depot location. Drove over 4 hrs from NC only to get at Hurricane WV Home Depot and told no truck was brought to them. Home Depot was great! Thanks Monica for setting us up with U-Haul too! Monica called Penske customer service and Airyanna was NO help. Kept saying they should’ve called me and she can have one Monday morning for us. Asked her if she was going to pay me and my husband each a days worth of work cause we’d be missing working waiting till then. They “guarantee” the truck would’ve been there as long as reserved before a 24 hour period. I reserved Friday around 5 and wasn’t picking up till Sunday morning, well beyond the 24 hour frame. I’m so mad, no competition given, she said they could only cancel without charging me. You’d think! I got no truck because of their mix-up! Then she tried to tell me it because it was a weekend and they aren’t open but online, Penske (5 minutes from the Home Depot) shows open on Saturday! I hate liars!

  Penske truck place is also Moving on Storage place so never have rent a truck but has an account with storage facility!
